Sara Felsenstein

Content Director, IBM Originals

Sara Felsenstein is a Content Director at IBM Originals, IBM’s award-winning content studio, where she leads strategy and planning work for major campaigns, creates guidance and training for content marketers around the world, and reimagines the company’s approach to client storytelling. Sara joined IBM from Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit behind Sesame Street, where she built content that drove donations to the organization and raised awareness of its philanthropic work.

She previously ran social content strategy at UNICEF, managing its global social footprint and growing the organization’s Instagram following by 400% in one year. A writer at heart — and innately curious — Sara believes there’s a human story woven into every topic, and she always seeks to understand the reader on the other side of the screen. Over the years, she’s written for publications including MSNBC.com, the New York Times’ “Metro Diary,” UNICEF.org, and Notre Dame Magazine.

Esther Hong

Chief Operating Officer & Head of Digital Content, Morgan Stanley

Esther is Chief Operating Officer & Head of Digital Content Production at Morgan Stanley. She is a versatile, strategic leader with 20+ years of experience delivering results in digital strategy/content production, client/program management, process re-engineering, change management, strategic business planning, and execution. A seasoned project manager driving reliable, scalable, and cost-effective solutions to the client by utilizing critical thinking/analysis, communication, and leadership skills; with the ability to create effective strategies and manage all aspects of their execution. She has a proven track record of successful delivery of large-scale, multi-phased projects.

Christina Mautz

Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Sales, Moz

Christina Mautz has served as a strategic marketing executive for some of the world’s largest technology companies, Amazon and Yahoo!, as well as a few Seattle SaaS startups where she earned the nickname “Chief Problem Solver”. She currently serves as the CMO & Head of Sales for Moz, the world’s leading SEO software company. In this role, she brings her passion for strategic problem-solving to the sales and marketing teams, aligning them with creative strategies to drive growth. When she’s not at Moz, you’re likely to find her deep in a forest, connecting with the healing energy of the earth and the trees, with her husband and two sons.

Anna Payawal

Editorial Director, Pottery Barn

Anna Payawal is a creative content leader, storyteller, and brand strategist with over 20 years of experience in retail marketing. For nearly a decade, she served as Copy Director and VP of Brand Content at luxury home brand Serena & Lily, steering editorial strategy, brand voice, and creative execution from Ecomm to print. Previously, she held roles in copy and creative production at Restoration Hardware, and boutique design agencies in San Francisco. She is passionate about crafting content rooted in marketing insights, the beauty of integrated campaigns, and the delicate art of shaping a brand. Recently, Anna joined Pottery Barn as Editorial Director, overseeing editorial strategy and copy direction across all marketing channels.

Stephanie Stahl

General Manager, Content Marketing Institute

Stephanie Stahl is General Manager of the Content Marketing Institute where she leads the brand’s event and digital operations. CMI is the leading global content marketing education and training organization, teaching enterprise brands how to attract and retain customers through compelling, multichannel storytelling. Previously, Stephanie served as VP of Content Marketing for UBM’s Technology portfolio, providing strategic guidance on content development, content optimization, and audience engagement for technology clients. She’s worked for the company, which is now owned by Informa, for more than two decades, helping shape new multimedia content and event offerings. Stephanie lives in the Washington, DC area with her husband and they enjoy spending time taking care of their many pets and visiting their two daughters on their college campuses.

Kate Winick

Director of Social Media, Peloton

Kate Winick currently leads social media strategy for Peloton, the connected fitness company, and oversees content strategy for The Output, Peloton’s editorial arm. She is a social media expert with experience in digital content strategy, building and executing multi-channel social programs, digital editorial, and branded & sponsored content. As a writer and editor, her work has appeared in ELLE, Who What Wear, MyDomaine, Today.com, Martha Stewart, and more.

Heather Keets Wright

Co-Founder and CEO, Wright Creative Agency

For the last decade, Heather has led agency creative and content marketing teams partnering with large, complex organizations in brand storytelling. In 2015 she co-founded Wright Creative Agency with her husband, documentary filmmaker Mark W. Wright. Wright Creative’s clients include TIAA, Sunbelt Rentals (the Ashtead Group), Parkdale, and Kellogg. Wright Creative Agency is a certified 100% minority and woman-owned business.

A proud winner of the Women in Content Marketing Award 2020 — General Excellence, Heather has a passion for helping organizations stand up and optimize content development, focusing on financial services — past clients include Wells Fargo, USAA, and AAA/Auto Club Group. Heather is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. A journalist by trade (Entertainment Weekly, Essence, Black Enterprise, Vibe, Martha Stewart Weddings), Heather believes those early days prepared her for what she does now: bringing diverse thought to content, where there is none.
